FAQ

  • What size projects are we willing to do?

Our Goal is to help you transform any and all spaces in your home! That being said the smallest size project that we will take on is at least a whole room, as small as a bathroom or bedroom remodel, all the way up to full custom homes built from the ground up.

  • Where do we do business?

Beld Collective is based in Pleasant Grove, Utah. We primarily do projects in Utah County, but we are able to do projects in Salt Lake County, Davis County and Wasatch County.

  • Do you need to get your Own Architect?

At Beld Collective we have connections to both architect and engineering firms that partner with us so that the only thing you need to bring to the table is your ideas. If a client has a preferred architect or they are already working with one, we are happy to team up with them to help create your space.

  • Do we just offer design services if you already have a builder?

The team at Beld is set up to be a one stop shop for your building and remodel needs from design all the way to move in. But, if you have already partnered with a builder or a designer, our team can offer our Design Services or Building Services independently if you prefer.

  • What is our "Standard Square Foot Price"?

With Beld Collective being a custom design-build company, our pricing is not going to be comparable to a track home builder or a Facebook marketplace remodeler. But one of our priorities is also to give our clients a high-end design, as well as a high-quality construction of their space, at a fair price.

  • Do we explain our price?

The way that we help provide transparency and understanding to our pricing is through our “open book” approach. If you’re interested in building with us, we provide you with a proposal that includes a detailed breakdown of how much each item costs and thoroughly review it with you prior to moving forward. We use that same document throughout the life of the project for everything from invoicing to changes tracking, and weekly updates so that you are not only aware of how the project is going but have the ability to be as involved as you want.
