My Grandfather, Mike Owsley, lovingly referred to by my Family as Papa, was the catalyst and inspiration for Beld Collective. He was a builder, spending an entire career doing everything from excavating an entire city block for a skyscraper in Los Angeles, to Mass Excavation of 500-acre land developments, all the way down to digging a swimming pool. The inspiration that Papa provided me, and what has been fueling the fire that has brought me to this place in my construction career, was not a byproduct of speeches or outspoken expectations. Beld was created in the spirit of everything that Papa stood for and practiced: Taking EVERY opportunity to create something that puts a smile on someone’s face and makes you proud to look at. Whether it’s something as small as a wooden vase built out of scrap wood or as big as someone’s forever home, at every opportunity, Beld Collective’s goal is to create something that puts a smile on your face and ours!

While our team is in no way what you would call a “typical” business configuration, we feel deep in our bones that we were made for this, and we plan to put every ounce of effort we have into putting smiles on our clients’ faces and creating homes worthy of Memories.
